Bonus Pick: Marc "The Don" Crawford.
Let's be straight here. Bertuzzi is responsible for his actions. But Crawford is responsible for giving that order. Bertuzzi can't hide behind what amounts to the Nuremberg defense, but that doesn't exonerate Crawford, either. The Nuremberg defense (which failed) didn't prevent the top Nazis from punishment, it just the "just taking orders" excuse null and void in cases of crimes against humanity.
If Crawford committed crimes against hockey, he should be punished, just like Bertuzzi was.
